Staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to care about their customers. A little pricey but excellent customer service. I would recommend this place if you need trailer parts if you dont mind paying extra.

I should've called them 1st ...After 2 wiring harnesses ordered and came in wrong...A simple call on the phone & short drive he Arrow was able to look at my issue and ordered the right part for a better price..Wont make that mistake again..Arrow will be my 1st choice...Great Service Arrow Trailer !!!
